This privacy policy explains what data is collected when you visit mandanyaina.com, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. The site is run as a personal portfolio by Manda Ny Aina ANDRIANAIVO, an independent freelance developer based in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
1. Data controller

2. What data is collected
This site is a static portfolio. It does not run a backend, database, analytics, or advertising script. Data is only collected in two situations:
- Contact form / direct email. If you write to contact@mandanyaina.com (directly or via the form on the homepage), I receive the email address you used, your name, the budget range you selected, and the message you wrote. The contact form opens your own email client — no server in the middle.
- Server access logs. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for a short period for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are not used for marketing or profiling.
3. Cookies
This site does not set cookies, does not use trackers, and does not run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising network).
4. Third-party services
The site loads two third-party resources from CDNs to render typography correctly:
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) — for Fraunces, Instrument Serif, JetBrains Mono, Space Grotesk, Caveat. Google may receive your IP address as part of the font request. See the Google Privacy Policy. - Fontshare (

External links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and npm only fire when you click them.
5. How your message is used
If you contact me, I read every message personally and reply from the same address. I do not add your email to any newsletter, do not share it with third parties, and do not sell it. Threads are kept only as long as they are useful for our work together (typically the length of an engagement plus archival).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
- object to its processing;
- request portability of your data;
- lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS, strict CSP, and modern security headers. Email is read on devices protected by passcode and disk encryption.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a minor has sent personal data, contact me and it will be deleted.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes too. Significant changes will be summarized at the top.
